- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Create executive-ready dashboards and presentations using advanced Excel tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
