Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare compelling presentations and dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and industry best practices
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
