Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Your work will directly impact our budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and maintain ongoing financial forecasting models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
