Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Analyze variance between actual and budgeted results to identify trends and opportunities
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration planning
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive presentations translating data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL/Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or progress toward certification highly valued
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
