Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, and investment strategies.
- Manage investment portfolios and monitor market trends to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ins with clients to ensure alignment with their changing lives.
- Drive new business acquisition through networking, community involvement, and referral programs.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal and state regulations, including FINRA rules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
- Candidate for Series 66 or 65 is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales and goal achievement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
