Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client portfolios (avg. $500K+ AUM)
- Drive new client acquisition through warm leads and networking
- Ensure strict compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Leverage proprietary CRM system for client relationship management
- Participate in quarterly wealth strategy workshops
- Collaborate with tax/legal partners for holistic solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Active Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 3+ years financial services experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales/client acquisition
- Advanced knowledge of investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pass FINRA background checks
- Colorado residency required (relocation assistance available)
