Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, estate planning, and tax optimization
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through strategic networking and referrals
- Analyze market trends and financial data to provide actionable investment recommendations
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies based on clients' evolving goals
- Collaborate with internal experts (tax, legal) to deliver holistic financial solutions
- Stay current with FINRA regulations and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial advisory or wealth management experience
- Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse client audiences
- CFP or CFA designation preferred
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
