Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for clients covering investments, retirement, and insurance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews
- Utilize provided CRM tools to track leads and manage client data
- Conduct educational workshops on financial literacy in the Lubbock community
- Collaborate with our support team to implement investment strategies
- Meet quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisition and retention
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial services or client-facing sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
