Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and current financial status.
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement personalized investment portfolios using a variety of asset classes, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize returns while minimizing risk for clients.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all investment advice and transactions adhere to regulatory standards (FINRA, SEC) and provide regular performance reports.
- Business Development: Build and maintain a robust network of leads through networking events, community involvement, and referrals.
- Asset Accumulation: Assist clients in retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient investing strategies.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sales role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients of all backgrounds.
