Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships through personalized financial planning consultations
- Analyze client financial situations and recommend tailored investment strategies including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and create actionable wealth management roadmaps
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide expert guidance
- Collaborate with internal partners (legal, tax) to deliver holistic client solutions
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through strategic client acquisition and retention
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage portfolio performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) and state securities licenses required
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory role
- Proven track record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build trust with diverse clients
- CFPĀ® or CFA designation preferred
