Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and portfolio reviews
- Analyze market trends and financial data to optimize investment portfolios
- Drive business development through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- FINRA Series 24 (or willingness to pursue)
- Valid Indiana securities license
