Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software for data entry
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) a plus
