Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve complex account inquiries using advanced banking systems
- Actively cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans)
- Ensure strict adherence to federal banking regulations
- Maintain $1M+ cash drawer accountability
- Train junior staff on new protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail banking experience required
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred
- Proficiency in Fiserv and TellerVision systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
