Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closes
- Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP Payroll System
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with payroll processing
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Florida state tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
