Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely distribution (weekly pay cycle)
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
