Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for match days, training sessions, and pre-game ceremonies.
- Coordinate with security, medical, and emergency response teams to ensure strict adherence to FIFA safety protocols and stadium regulations.
- Manage logistics for vendors, caterers, and service providers to guarantee seamless service delivery across the venue.
- Oversee crowd management strategies and traffic flow optimization to enhance the fan experience while maintaining security.
- Conduct pre-event risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential operational disruptions.
- Liaise with FIFA officials, league representatives, and local government bodies to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing training on emergency procedures and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in large-scale venue operations, event management, or stadium management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations for events with capacities exceeding 70,000 attendees.
- Strong knowledge of FIFA event operations guidelines and stadium safety regulations.
- Excellent crisis management skills and the ability to make high-pressure decisions under tight timeframes.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits or international conferences.
