Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support capital budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Manage the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VBA/Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
