Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and expense summaries.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits.
- Maintain and update the company’s general ledger.
- Support the finance team with data entry and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
