Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for 100+ employees
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Assist with new hire onboarding and tax form processing
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
