Qualifications
- No financial experience required – we provide paid training!
- Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid California life insurance license (training provided)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
