Keystone Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry Level Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintenance of financial ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
- Learn and utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in number crunching.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
