Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and maintain ledgers.
- Support the accounting team with general ledger maintenance and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (prior coursework is helpful).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
