Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and basic financial statements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and ledgers.
- Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with general office accounting duties and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training provided).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
