Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare invoices and manage payment collection processes
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Organize and digitize financial documentation
- Support payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
Qualifications
- No bookkeeping experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly

- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
