Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks software
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and report preparation
- Handle payroll processing and tax documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Zero experience required - we provide full training!
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
