Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Manage data entry in QuickBooks and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data sorting)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided)
