Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and trial balances.
- Support the finance team with data entry, payroll assistance, and tax preparation support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to the team.
