Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist the senior accounting team with data entry and audits.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Willingness to learn accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a bonus).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
