Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll for clients and employees using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and answer financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly (QuickBooks experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
