Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage and organize digital and physical financial documents and records.
- Assist in payroll processing and preparation of tax documents.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to track expenses and revenues accurately.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and status updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Willingness to learn accounting software and industry best practices quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
