Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account clean-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain and update digital and physical financial filing systems.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Support the finance team with month-end close procedures and data entry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
