Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, transaction processing, and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Generate financial reports for management review

Qualifications
