Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare sales tax filings and payroll documentation
- Support audits by organizing financial documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget tracking
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/Xero
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
