Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Track expenses and analyze financial data for insights
- Communicate financial status clearly to senior accountants
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
