Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable records, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and assist with monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for transaction tracking and data analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during filing seasons
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
