Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Support tax filing processes and maintain organized financial documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
