Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare sales tax filings and payroll support documents
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Communicate financial insights to management team
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
