Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance requirements
- Update and reconcile general ledger entries
- Generate financial statements and variance reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping or clerical accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and basic tax regulations
