Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Process payroll bi-weekly using ADP QuickBooks integration
- Assist with monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Maintain digital filing systems in QuickBooks Online
- Support year-end audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement internal controls for expense management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Understanding of GAAP principles and basic tax concepts
- Exceptional accuracy with numerical data and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years bookkeeping internship or part-time experience preferred
