Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Manage vendor payment cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- ERP software experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
