Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice entries and maintain accurate vendor records in SAP
- Resolve payment discrepancies through proactive vendor communication
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and expense report audits
- Support 3-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor payment terms optimization
- Generate AP reports for financial analysis and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of AP processes and GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Entry-level experience (internships, academic projects acceptable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
