Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Manage vendor payment cycles including check processing and electronic payments
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments to resolve payment issues
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) for invoice processing and data entry
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with attention to detail in data entry
