Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for payment accuracy
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Update financial databases with transaction details
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
