Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
