Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage vendor communications and payment scheduling
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or finance internship experience
