Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Manage payment processing through ACH and check systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor communication logs
- Support month-end closing procedures with account reconciliations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (training provided)
