Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support audits by providing documentation and records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
