- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve vendor inquiries

- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments on payment cycles
- Adhere to internal controls and compliance standards
- Learn and utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)

Qualifications
- No prior accounts payable experience required
