Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support ad-hoc financial reporting tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
