Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support annual audits by providing documentation and financial reports
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/MS Dynamics) for data entry and analysis
- Contribute to budget preparation and variance reporting
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
